How will we work together?

Where are you now?

We kick off by getting clear on where exactly you’re out of alignment - where do you want to be vs. where are you actually?

We dig into what subconscious beliefs are holding you back and where they came from.

Our beliefs are what hold us back from creating the life we want, but more often than not, we’re not aware of them or how they came about.

Building a strong body foundation

We then go back to the basics by focusing on connecting with your body. I believe that the body is the building block for literally everything.

We rebuild a relationship with your body by focusing on a holistic model of health - what/how are we eating, drinking, moving, feeling. We work to understand the needs of your body and how to meet those needs.

Reconnecting with yourself

I teach you how to tune into yourself and slow down.

Contrary to popular beliefs, this doesn’t mean throwing your to-do lists or ambitions out the window. It means learning how to ground yourself and your nervous system so you can get to your to-do list most effectively.

My goal is to help you create lasting change so you can craft the life the life you’ve been dreaming of - AND continue to live it.
