Hi, I’m Ashna

Couple things about me:

  • I’m currently obsessed with Hu’s vanilla crunch chocolate

  • My husband and I met in high school but started dating post college (feel free to ask me about it, it’s a cute story)

  • I adore both my dogs but fully believe Belly (my Mini Aussie) is the literal embodiment of my inner child

  • I’ve been training at The Old Guard since November 2025 in Thai kickboxing

  • A secret fun fact that I will NEVER demonstrate in public, is that I can burp the alphabet at will…..

For those of you who want to learn about how I got to where I am today, here’s my story

Part 1 - Where I started

My journey into this world began in my late teens, when I was told I had PCOS. For those of you who are not familiar with the term, PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. It’s called a syndrome because there’s no definitive cause - or for that matter - no definitive symptoms. PCOS is a collection of related signs, symptoms, and hormonal patterns that tend to occur together, but not in the same way for everyone.

In the same way you might be scratching your head reading this, at the ripe age of 17, I was told I had certain symptoms that were a match for PCOS and - oh yeah - that there was no cure other than to be on birth control … forever & then hope for the best when it was time to conceive.

At that age, I knew not even a fraction of what I know now, and I trusted in what I was told. I ended up going on birth control for a couple years, along with another medication I was told would manage my symptoms. Birth control was not my answer and in a variety of ways, did not improve my quality of life. It instead, impacted my body in negative ways and had me feeling like a stranger in my own body.

Luckily, at that time, my mom’s good friend told my mom about a holistic doctor she had worked with. This information made its way to me, and I ended up booking an intro session with this doctor.

Part 2 - Where I ended up

I say this time and time again, but working with that doctor changed the course of my LIFE (along with healing me of PCOS, something that my doctors could not believe). He introduced me to the idea of health - not as a standalone pillar, as I had been taught to believe - but as a truly holistic model of life. True health is not a destination, but is the path to living the highest quality of life - involving my diet, mental health, physical state, and connection with the world around me.

From there I spent years changing each and every part of my lifestyle and learning as much as I could about upgrading my quality of my life - from the food I ate, to the water I drank, the way I worked out (and in), even getting coaching certifications in holistic lifestyle coaching and learning how to make my own lifestyle products (which I sell btw!).

I will say I got a liiiiiitle obsessed. In hindsight, I spent so many years focused on the physical side of things, trying out various modalities, obsessing over every ingredient of food I put into/onto my body, exercising control in all areas of my life - that I forgot to focus on the power of the world around me.

2025 for me was a HUGE year, full of obstacles, challenges, and the highest levels of growth. I realized my whole life I had been searching for the missing piece to the puzzle of life, which is where my constant need to better my life stemmed from. 2025 was the year I found my missing puzzle piece - the energetics of the world. The knowledge of how the universe worked, the knowledge of how to harness the powers of the universe and source energy to accomplish the things I could never even dream of doing.

And with that, my puzzle was complete.
