Embodiment with Ashna
Our bodies actually store a lot more than we think - memories we would rather pretend don’t exist or don’t consciously remember, ways of being that don’t fit in with the way we want to live our day-to-day lives, and emotions that we don’t always realize are lingering.
This can have lasting effects on our bodies & minds and can manifest as physical pain, tightness, soreness, injuries, limiting beliefs, and - more than that - difficulty in us crafting the lives we’ve been dreaming of. Here’s where the practice of embodiment comes in.
Embodiment is a way of intuitively moving through stuck memories & emotions in our body that hold us back in more ways than we realize. It’s your way of moving your body so you can start to show up in the world in a way that embodies your true, authentic self.
Embodiment with Ashna is a practice that combines nervous system regulation with intentional, intuitive movement to help us access our full potential.

This workshop is all about creating a space for women to drop into themselves, connect with their inner child, and embody PLAY. We’re always going to face challenges and hardships in life, but how we move forward depends on our perception and focus. (Law of focus: what we focus on grows.)
Ask yourself: how would my inner child approach life? What would she focus on? How would she bring in joy, lightness, and play?
