How many of us have felt like we’re doing everything right…and still not quite where we want to be?

​Maybe you’re driven, organized, and deeply committed. You’ve been showing up, putting in the work - but something still feels just out of reach. You can’t quite name what’s missing, only that you’re ready for more.

​Or maybe you don’t have a clear picture of your “dream life” yet - you just feel the pull for something bigger, deeper, more aligned. And you’re not sure where to begin.

​Wherever you find yourself, you’re invited to join us for an evening of reflection, connection, and coming back into your body.

​Through guided meditation, journaling, and embodiment practices, Eaden and Ashna will support you in reconnecting with your inner clarity and activating the version of you who already knows how to create the life she desires. Together, we’ll release what’s holding you back and step into the version of you who’s ready for more.

What to bring:
Bring water and a journal (paper will also be provided)

What to wear:
Dress for your comfy, feminine self! Think comfortable, flowy clothes that you can move in & feel like your best self in.

We’ll be capturing some moments throughout the evening. If you feel more comfortable not being included, you’re always welcome to opt out - just let us know!

​In a world that constantly pulls your attention outward, it’s easy to lose touch with the quiet wisdom within. This experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through breath, mindful awareness, and intuitive movement.

​Your body holds more than you may realize, including unprocessed emotions & feelings that shape how you feel and move through life. When given the space, your body also holds the ability to release, integrate, and guide you back into alignment.

​Through breath, mindful awareness, and intuitive movement, you’ll begin to:

  • ​Reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence

  • ​Tune into where emotions may be stored

  • ​Create space for release and integration

  • ​Cultivate a deeper sense of presence and inner safety

Inner Child Embodiment with Ashna

Please wear comfortable clothes to move around in and bring water! 

If you value bringing more play and joy into your life, this is for you.

If you struggle to shed the burden of responsibilities and take things less seriously, this is for you.

If you want to create a relationship with your inner child, this is for you.

This workshop is all about creating a space for women to drop into themselves, connect with their inner child, and embody PLAY. We’re always going to face challenges and hardships in life, but how we move forward depends on our perception and focus. (Law of focus: what we focus on grows.)

Ask yourself: how would my inner child approach life? What would she focus on? How would she bring in joy, lightness, and play?
