How many of you have struggled to let go of beliefs, patterns, or ways of being that you know are not how you want to show up in the world?

​Maybe you’ve tried talking it through, journaling, meditating, energy work - or even that questionable thing an influencer promised would “cure” your limiting beliefs. Or maybe you haven’t tried any of those things, but something about this class is calling you in.

​When emotional experiences aren’t fully processed, they can linger in the body, leaving us feeling stuck, disconnected, reactive, tense, or unable to become the version of ourselves we want to be.

​This is where embodiment comes in.

​Embodiment is the practice of reconnecting with the body by connecting with stored emotions, moving through what has been holding us back, and activating that which we want to embody more of.

​In this class, we’ll focus on reconnecting with the wisdom of our bodies by:

  • ​Learning how emotional experiences can live in the body

  • ​Connecting with emotions stored within us

  • ​Using intuitive movement & breath to release what no longer serves us and activate more of what we desire to feel & become

​This is a beginner-friendly, foundational class, and no prior embodiment experience is needed - just a willingness to show up with curiosity and an open mind.

  • ​This class is part 1 of a monthly 3 part series. Each month we’ll be going deeper and deeper into this practice.

  • ​This class will be recorded.

  • ​Please wear something comfortable and have water and a journal nearby.
